Hello! I'm the founder and lead midwife at Silicon Valley Midwives. When starting this practice I noticed there was a huge gap in prenatal and postpartum care provided to the majority of families in the Bay Area. I decided to offer comprehensive care that extends beyond homebirth services by providing midwifery care for individuals who opt for or require a hospital birth but seek the personalized prenatal and postpartum care typically associated with home-birth midwives.
